NNEW Academy Empowers Entrepreneurs with SOP Masterclass: “Run Like Clockwork”
The NNEW Academy recently hosted a transformative two-day training session themed “Run Like Clockwork: The SOP Manual for Serious Entrepreneurs”, aimed at equipping business owners with the systems and tools needed to build scalable, sustainable enterprises. The workshop concluded with a powerful session led by Dr. Oluwayemisi Adeyeye, Managing Director of Lifefount Hospitals. Dr. Adeyeye deepened the conversation on creating functional SOPs, introducing participants to the 4 Ps of SOP and practical pathways to achieving Productivity, Profit, and Peace of Mind in their businesses.
