The exhibition of NECA’s Network of Entrepreneurial Women will take place from November 23rd to November 25th.

It’s an open market type of arrangement, with tables and chairs allocated to each vendor, under the macaque

The size of one table is 40 cm x 140 cm.
Several tables can be combined if there is enough space. This depends on the number of exhibitors taking part in the exhibition.

The price for taking part in the exhibition for the three days is : for members, N15,000
Group registration per vendor is N15,000.
Non-member registration per vendor is N20,000.

Payment gives you one table and two chairs only.
You are to come with your tablecloth and display stand.
The exhibition payment does not include the summit registration fee. It doesn’t include feeding as well.

Registration fee payment is made online using the provided link.

The organizer would provide some basic security for goods kept in a designated place. However, do not keep very costly items behind.

It is the responsibility of each exhibitor to transport their products and goods to and from the exhibition venue.

The organizer does not bear responsibility for the reception, dismantling, return, or onward dispatch of goods, but can, of course, provide help if needed.

Duration of the contract: This contract is valid from November 22nd to November 25th, 2022.

We appeal to all vendors to advertise on their social media and tag us.
– They should put their exhibitor flyer on their DP.
– They should do videos and tag us.
– They can organise gifts and little quizzes or games on their social media platforms and tag us.
– They should send SMS and broadcast messages to their contacts.
– If we were all committed to doing this, there is no way we wouldn’t have sales.

Set up and allocation of stands starts at 4pm on Tuesday, November 22nd, 2022.

The exhibition opens daily at 9am and closes at 6pm.
The panel discussion will run from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
The business clinic is open from noon to 2 p.m.

You are to submit your business logo for the exhibitor’s photo banner on or before November 18, 2022.

You must create an e-commerce store on the NNEW marketplace.
