Mrs. Olekamma Ekeleme is a serial Entrepreneur whose passion for providing creative solutions has birthed thriving businesses. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN), a strong advocate of Corporate Governance, an IFC Certified Trainer on Corporate Governance and a certified Coach, Speaker and Trainer with John Maxwell Team passionate to help Small and Medium Enterprises build replicable seamless structures for business sustainability and profitability. She also helps young people especially entrepreneurs identify their purpose, inspiring them to live in their purpose and impact their world.

She had over 10 years experience in the service industry where she was in charge of the Administration and Human resources which involves training.

In 2015, she joined the John Maxwell Team and got certified as a world class Speaker, Trainer and Coach. Since then her audience has been experiencing transformation when she speaks

She is also a Mentor Facilitator with Aspire for Equality (formerly Aspire Foundation), UK. She facilitates for Vision and Talent International Ltd, one of Nigeria’s most reputable management training consultancies, Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN). She was a Volunteer Facilitator for Ready Set Work (RSW 3.0), an Employability and Entrepreneurial training for graduating students in Lagos and an initiative of Lagos State Ministry of Education.
