Mrs. Evelyn Bigha

Eniola Mayowa is a marketing communication expert with over 25 years of experience in sectors like telecom, banking, FMCG, and aviation. She is the COO of StepCraft Nigeria and CEO of Shift Communications. She also serves on the board of Global Financial Digest. A certified International Labour Organization facilitator, she has led training for organizations such as FCMB and Action Aid Nigeria. She is affiliated with professional bodies like APCON and NIPR, where she was Vice Chairman of the Lagos chapter. Mayowa holds a Mass Communication degree from the University of Lagos.

Eniola Mayowa is an accomplished marketing communication professional with over 25 years’ of
experience providing communication strategies for individuals and businesses across different sectors
of the economy including Telecommunication, Banking, Hospitality, FCMG, Agro-allied, and the Aviation. Her experience spanning Public Relations, Branding, Advertising, Experiential Marketing, Publishing, Journalism and Training. She has passion for business growth, building brands through the deployment
of communication tools and strategies, impacting knowledge and sharing the experience of her career
journey with young and upcoming professionals. Eniola Mayowa is the Chief Operating Officer of StepCraft Nigeria Limited, a Public Relations, Consulting, Publishing and Training Firm.She is the Chief Executive Officer of Shift Communications, a brand and
printing solution provider based in Lagos. She sits on the Board of Global Financial Digest, an online
media outlet with focus on the Financial News and the Economy. With the privilege of being exposed to Public Relations practice inSouth Africa and the United State of
America, she is passionate about learning new things, sharing ideas and imparting knowledge. She has
consistently raised her social enterprise portfolio with a commitment to volunteering and participation
in social services projects both in the private and public sector of the economy. A certified International

(BMO); and the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR), she is the immediate past Vice Chairman of
the Lagos Chapter of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR). A Fellow of the Institute of Public
Relations
An alumna of the prestigious University of Lagos where she obtained both Masters and Bachelor’s
Degree in Mass Communication. She also has a Diploma in Journalism from Times Journalism Institute. She has enjoyed the privilege of training at both the local and international level.
