Mrs. Adebayo-Ajala is a seasoned Management Consultant with over 20 years of experience in administration, policy formulation, and entrepreneurship, focusing on women and youth projects. She has successfully helped MSME female entrepreneurs build skills, strategize, and establish successful businesses. An alumnus of the ILO Training Centre in Turin, she has co-developed projects for women's empowerment and has international experience from Germany, Canada, and South Africa, applying global best practices to foster business and financial independence.
A seasoned Management Consultant with over 20 years’ experience spanning Administration, Public and Private Sector Policy Formulation, Entrepreneurship and Skills Development in women and youth related projects, Mrs. Adebayo-Ajala has successfully assisted micro, small, and medium-sized (MSMEs) female entrepreneurs to harness their skills, strategize, build business linkages, and put in place the necessary structures to run successful businesses.
She is an alumnus of the International Labour Organisation Training Centre in Turin, Italy. She has hands-on experience in co-developing and implementing projects to empower women and youths through skill acquisition and gainful employment. With international exposure from tours in Germany, Canada, and South Africa, she uses global best practices to position women and youths for business and financial independence.
