NECA’s Network of Entrepreneurial Women (NNEW), founded in 2005 under the Nigeria Employers’ Consultative Association (NECA), has evolved into a formidable force championing women’s entrepreneurship in Nigeria. Over the years, NNEW has remained steadfast in its mission to support and nurture women on their entrepreneurial journeys — creating platforms to address business challenges, exchange ideas, and build vital linkages that strengthen enterprises across the nation.

As we marked our 20th Anniversary in 2025, we proudly celebrated two decades of impact, resilience, and innovation. From a visionary initiative to a thriving network, NNEW has empowered thousands of women, fueled growth in diverse sectors, and contributed immensely to shaping the future of women’s entrepreneurship in Africa.
